The two met while petitioning in Boston, Massachusetts. What started as a professional connection quickly became a partnership built on shared values — an uncompromising work ethic and a commitment to doing things the right way. Jeffery's military discipline and natural ability to lead people, combined with Landon's sharp business mind and operational instincts, made them a formidable team from the start. Together they took on field management, team coordination, and multi-location campaign logistics across the country.

The Founders
Two veterans of the petitioning industry.
Landon has been building and running businesses since he was young — starting a landscaping company from scratch gave him a real-world education in operations, finance, and what it takes to deliver consistent results. That business instinct is what he brings to The Works every day. Landon owns the operational backbone of the company — managing finances, payments, and logistics, tracking production numbers, and working directly with validators to ensure every signature is clean and compliant. When he met Jeffery in Boston, two very different but perfectly complementary skill sets came together.
Before petitioning, Jeffery served in the United States Air Force — an experience that shaped his character, sharpened his discipline, and gave him a deep understanding of what it means to lead people under pressure. When he entered the petitioning world, that military foundation set him apart from day one. Jeffery's strength is people — he has a gift for identifying the right canvassers, training them with purpose, and building work environments where teams show up motivated and perform at their best. He and Landon crossed paths in Boston, and it was clear from the start they were built to run something together.
